Do you ever feel great when you are practicing exercise uniformly?

Exercise is a key to good health. Some do exercise to improve their strength some do weight training to lose their weight. Each of these benefits our health in different ways. One might experience the following by doing exercise:
It boosts your confidence.
It helps you to learn breath.
It makes you more aware of your posture at all times. It makes you more mindful.
Exercise mainly fall into 5 categories:
1. Aerobic Exercise:

Aerobic exercise is a kind of exercise which makes us to breathe harder and enhance our fitness. It is very beneficial and even at adequate intensity will improve your health. One can get its advantage from a steady cycle ride or a brisk walk. Swimming, Triathlon, Running are other examples of Aerobic exercise.
Benefits: Reduces risk of many conditions like obesity, heart disease, cancer high blood pressure.
2. Endurance:
Endurance is the ability to do exercise of sports with the desired quality and speed under the conditions of fatigue.
There are 4 types of endurance i.e. aerobic endurance which demands oxygen and can be met by body intake, Anaerobic endurance which means without oxygen and demands fuel from the reserves of muscles, Speed endurance which helps in coordination of muscle contraction and Strength endurance which is used to develop ones capacity to maintain quality of the muscles.
Benefits: Good for losing weight, well for aerobic fitness and needs only accessible equipment that is easy to use.

3. Flexibility:

It means performing a joint action through a range of movements. Flexibility tends to deteriorate with age. Staying flexible improves quality of our life. There is a range of activities that are come under flexibility exercise like yoga, Pilates and tai chi .These all focus on flexibility and help us to relax and improve our balance.
Benefits: Improved posture, greater strength, improved physical performance and less pain.
4. Balance training:

It includes exercise that involve strengthen our muscles that help us keep upright including our legs and core.
Benefits: improved stability and help prevent falls.
5. Moderate Intensity Exercise:

These exercises refer as any activity that increases our breathing rate slightly and makes you a little bit warmer and our heart beats faster.
Benefits: Lower blood pressure, Improve cholesterol, Manage weight and increases energy
6. Vigorous Exercise:

Vigorous Exercise is that kind of exercise that gets you sweaty and out of breath like playing sports and running.
Benefits: Calorie burn, improved mood, lower risk of mortality and more weight loss.
