People would treat themselves like temple if they want best in their life. They would break up toxic relationship, they would quit drinking alcohol. Today’s the era is the era of social media and people are highly engage on it. Due to it they are escaping in virtual world from real world.
This temporary feeling usually pass with little amount of time. This mental state is seeing all the answers but feeling like we can’t look away. It’s not that we want to look away, we just feel like there’s never enough time. It feels like if we don’t do it all now, we might as well die. The concept of walls are just everywhere and they’re closing in on us. We afraid of compassion but it’s the only thing that hasn’t given up on us yet.
I was highly depressed in the age of 18 due to my relationship. I know it was too early age to came in relationship but i was in. We came in relationship in early 2015 and at the end of 2018 it was likely 4 years.

After lots of problems finally we were at the end of togetherness and we broke up. But after that my feeling, my mind, my mood, my routine that’s all totally destroyed for next 4 months. Yes times changes everything and from 5th month’s i behaved normally.

Depression is nothing it is only low feeling. It is a low mental health in which our mind is in some fear and stresses.
Depression occur may be due to heavy smoking, toxic relationship, family problem, financial crisis or many more.
Do not stay alone when you depressed. It is saying that sharing is caring, Whenever we feel off, low or depressed we should share our problems to our persons like brothers, Friends, colleagues, etc.
After devastating breakup, let them go and find better one.
For family you should quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
