WHAT IS ANGER?


Anger is a very natural human emotion. It is so powerful and can be varied from mild irritation to intense rage. It depends on person to person on how to control it. It can rage through a person thus can lead to a dreadful situation. However it is a natural feeling that cannot be completely avoided by a person but it is possible to able to control it to its some extent.


ANGER IN TODAY’S WORLD


Nowadays, Teens get angry when they feel misunderstood by their parents. They snap back at you at every possible opportunity. They’re grouchy when things don’t go their way. Even the littlest things make them grumpy and irritated.


Students get also irritated by heavy burden of syllabus, projects and dealing with relationships which leads to an aggressive behavior as they don’t much for themselves.


You think that they have their own issues behind anger whether it is a housewife or a successful person they all have their own stress level. Don’t think that money can solve every problem yet it is a basic need but not always a true satisfaction. Lack of happiness ,peace or love cannot be solved by money.


Anger is a perfectly normal, healthy emotion, but one that we should pay close attention to. If we were to give a definition of anger in marriage, it might be said that its feeling mad in response to frustration or other circumstances and expressing yourself in an impulsive manner without thought.


In the year 2020 many people across globe lost their jobs due to COVID19.It put people in a more terrible and horrifying situation resulting in bad temper.



TIPS TO DEAL WITH ANGER


 Think before you speak.

 Once you’re calm, express your anger.

 Get some exercise.

 Don’t lose your patience.

 Take your time to understand the nature of the problem before taking any action.

 Talk to your closest friend.

 Keep meditating.


WHAT DOES ISLAM SAYS ABOUT ANGER ?


Anger is one of the worst things considered in Islam. Islam clearly forbids the anger because it comes with the worst scenarios that can affect anybody around the angry person. Anger is the sign of weakness and not the strength.


When Prophet Mohammed became angry at someone else's wrong actions or disbeliefs, he never expressed it with his hand or tongue. His companions knew that he was angry by looking at his face, which would be red and with some sweat on his forehead, and he would keep quiet for a moment, trying to control himself.
